Elite Maintenance Packages

One of the biggest pain-points of car ownership is the cost of vehicle maintenance. No matter the age of your vehicle, you are always rolling towards the next service date and the expense associated with that maintenance. Elite Mobile Tires and Maintenance LLC have recognized this pain-point and have responded by offering a prepaid Vehicle Maintenance Package.

Unlike a vehicle warranty, which covers the repair and replacement of defective vehicle components, a Vehicle Maintenance Package covers the cost of most regularly scheduled maintenance as outlined in the manufacturer's ownership manual. Maintenance such as oil changes, replacement filters, tire rotation, and more are included in the package.

A Vehicle Maintenance Package covers routine service and maintenance as recommended by the vehicle manufacturer. Items generally included in a maintenance agreement:

• Routine services, such as oil and filter change and maintenance/safety inspections. Top-off of engine fluids and adjustment of tire pressures is included at every service interval.
• Rotation and balancing of tires, including puncture/flat repair.
• Replacement of wear-and-tear items including windshield wipers, bulbs, and air filters.
• Breakdown assistance and roadside assistance for systems such as tires, battery & charging system, and warning light illumination.

Advantages of the Vehicle Maintenance Package:

• Discounts. Fees for service calls are waived completely for owners of a maintenance package. The first hour of diagnosis on your vehicle is waived each time one of your vehicle's systems experiences a failure. Maintenance package owners also qualify for a onetime 10% discount to any repair performed on their vehicle.
• Predictability. A maintenance plan locks in the cost of your scheduled services for a set period of one year. This offers you predictability and an eased financial burden down the road. You won't be subjected to price increases in the year ahead and as routine service is already paid for, you won't delay necessary maintenance due to financial constraints. Oil changes, tire rotations, and more will be as easy as setting an appointment.
• Peace of mind. All maintenance services provided by Elite Mobile Tires and Maintenance are performed by ASE certified technicians with specialized knowledge of your vehicle. We will only perform maintenance that is specifically outlined in your vehicle's owner’s manual and will not attempt to sell you services that your vehicle manufacturer does not require.

Pricing:
The cost of a Vehicle Maintenance Package is determined by the type of oil required for your vehicle. There will be an addition charge for every quart of oil beyond 5 quarts included in the oil change service. The options are:

Semi-synthetic engine oil = $500 per 24 months.
Full synthetic engine oil = $700 per 24 months.

Exceptions and Limitations:
Any maintenance performed shall adhere to the requirements, standards, and intervals set forth by the vehicle manufacturer.

Engine oil and filter changes will follow service intervals required by the vehicle manufacturer. No interval will be less than 3000 miles. A maximum of 5 oil change services will be provided per year. A maximum of 5 tire rotations and balances will be provided per year.

Any parts or assemblies will only be replaced if it fails a standard inspection procedure. For example, wiper blades will be replaced if they are in any way damaged or leaving streaks on the windshield.

Parts that require an abnormal amount of disassembly or that are prohibitively priced will only be replaced after the customer is advised of the additional costs.
